Olivia Dean Volunteering Opportunity

We’ve been given the amazing opportunity to have 30 youth volunteers to assist with wristbanding patrons at the upcoming Olivia Dean concert on October 17th.

Event details:

Date: Saturday October 17th 2026

Location: Western Springs

Volunteer Arrival Time: 3:30pm

Volunteering End Time: 9pm

Transport Details: Make your own way there and home

Age Requirement: Preferably 16+

This is going to be a big event, and we’re very proud to be sending a team of Shore Junction rangatahi along to take on this important mahi!

Wristbanding a large number of people is an important responsibility, so we want to make sure everyone taking on the role understands what they’re signing up for.

You’ll be on your feet for several hours, and each of you will be assigned to a different station alongside other team members. This means there will be plenty of mahi to get through – it’s not a hang-out or social role (although you’ll be able to hang out and enjoy the show after).

We’ll need everyone to bring a positive, reliable “can-do” attitude, stay focused, and be ready to pitch in.
